⚡ Administrative Costs — Emergency Arbitration (Schedule A)

Fixed Fee: Rs. 5,00,000/-

Parties shall also pay Rs. 3,500/- per day for use of DIAC facilities on hearing days.

Note: Air fare and hotel costs of Arbitral Tribunal members are excluded and to be equally borne by the parties.

⚖ Arbitrator's Fees — Emergency Arbitration (Schedule E)

Fixed Fee: 15% of the fees payable to the Arbitrator as per Schedule B or D as applicable.

Above Rs. 10,00,000/-	As per Schedule B (Domestic rates)

Note: Sums in dispute include any Counter-Claim. For claims where monetary value cannot be ascertained, fees will be fixed by the Chairperson having regard to the relief sought and complexity of the subject matter.
